A hospitality consultant goes undercover as a mystery shopper, visiting 16 resorts, hotels and guesthouses across 5 countries — Kosovo, Albania, Switzerland, Germany and Italy — to rate service, comfort and hospitality standards. The 12-episode series aired on TV Klan as part of "E Diela Shqiptare," with candid, and sometimes very funny, behind-the-scenes moments.
